Visual Findings is a hobby which includes taking various photos of abandoned buildings, decayed structures, foundations that are lost, and of course the additional photos added from cemeteries, fire rescue scenes, and nature shots. Sometimes I manipulate the photos with Paint Pro Shop or Photoshop giving them a hint of sephia or flat gray coloring.

My interests in photographing "stuff" started when I lived in Allegheny County, NY. Driving around on the back roads (which are still dirt roads) I came across a cemetery out in the middle of no where. After spending an entire day photographing the area I began seeking out places to photograph.

When I relocated to St Lawrence County, NY I found so many fascinating places. St Lawrence is rich in history and I have only just began to discover things.

I hope you enjoy the collection of photos I have created.

At no time do I ever trespass on property to obtain photos.

Images that seem like I am standing right next to building are actually taken with the zoom lens. I can not be held liable for any personal investigations visitors may make on the building and images included within this website. I do not recommend that anyone go on properties not of your own with out permission OR go inside abandoned and decaying building.
